FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDER
Your pieces are hand crafted in Perth, Western Australia. Each item undergoes a quality control procedure to ensure no faults in the making of an item. In the case a fault passes through please contact the Sheridan Tjhung team immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Each item is hand made to order, therefore change of mind is not eligible for refund.
Information about each design is supplied online with a strict no refund policy unless the item is deemed faulty. If the item has been deemed faulty the buyer is entitled to a replacement product or an in house repair.
We will re-produce the item in a timely matter, dependant on the productions weekly capacity.
In the case of a replacement or repair requested by the customer, the issue must be notified to us within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Once the item has been returned, it will undergo review. If approved, we will provide you with instructions of exchange or repair.
Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Sheridan Tjhung.
The below conditions must be adhered to;
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by Sheridan Tjhung.
The customer must have contacted the Sheridan Tjhung team within 7 days of receiving the garment.
