GENERAL SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE 

Our trusted service is DHL International Express. We want to ensure your pieces will be with you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Shipping times will vary but are generally between 1-3 business days. 

Please note that there is a twelve day production turnaround from the date of order. You will be notified once your items are ready to ship. Once dispatched, you will be updated with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING DELAYS

All parcels are sent by our trusted postage partners; DHL International Express and Australia Post.

Sheridan Tjhung is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party.

In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, the Sheridan Tjhung team will help resolve the issue immediately to the best of our ability with the customer and postage partner. 

DUTIES, TAXES AND GST

All Sheridan Tjhung items are inclusive of Australian GST.

Please note international parcels may be subject to duties and taxes. This is dependant on the countries customs policy and payable by the customer.

CURRENCY

All currencies are automatically adjusted according to your IP address. If you wish to change currencies, simply click the dropdown button on the top right hand of the page and switch to your preferred currency. 

Don't see you currency? Don't worry! We still ship to your location. Simply check out in your preferred major currency option provided ( AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, JPY). You will be able to select your shipping location in the checkout.
